2nd Amendment of the US Constitution states
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
There's alot of folks that try to interpret this to further their own agendas.

I have alot of respect for the former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. But on this issue alone...No way on God's green earth would I ever vote for him.

I don't see how there can be any interpretation of the 2nd amendment...it seems pretty clear and straightforward to me...
