Dec. 4th, 1225 GMT -- IRAQ -- Islamic State in Iraq leader Omar al-Baghdadi called for a renewed bombing campaign against Iraqi security forces in a recording posted on an Islamist Web site Dec. 4. "This campaign should be based on explosives and its target should be the apostates ... wearing uniforms and all those who fight alongside the occupiers," Reuters quoted al-Baghdadi as saying.
